Therapy begins with a mapping session where we examine your needs, what you want to change, & the root cause of the situation at hand. During this session, we create an overall picture of the therapy's direction & goals for your journey towards wellbeing.
Once a mapping session is completed, the remaining sessions are 45 minutes in duration.
Every session is tailored to your current needs, with your overall goals in mind.
Online sessions are also an option.
